I’m Hasheem Khan, Service Coordinator for Victoria with Southern Support Family (SSF). At SSF Services, we’re passionate about providing quality, person-centred aged care services.

What I Do ?

Client Service Coordination

I ensure every client in Victoria receives the right support at the right time. From arranging services to addressing concerns, I focus on making care seamless and personalised.

Workforce Support & Guidance

I work closely with our staff to make sure they feel supported, valued, and equipped to provide excellent care. My role bridges communication between departments so issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Community & Family Engagement

I collaborate with families, health professionals, and local networks to create stronger, more meaningful connections. This teamwork helps enhance wellbeing and ensure our clients always feel heard and respected.

I was honored with the Congeniality Award in December, a recognition that reflects my ability to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. This award highlights my commitment to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and productive atmosphere within the team.
